VENDOR INFORMATION:

General Schedule: 

9 am area open for set up *please do not come early as we often need the time in the morning to finish site prep*

10:45 am all vendors must be complete with set up *please park in vendor designated parking area, we will show you the morning of*

11 am advertised start time

3 pm Advertised end time

**We are requesting that vendors refrain from tearing down their booths before 3 PM, even if you sell out**

What we provide: 

-Porta-potty(s) for vendors and attendees with hand sanitizer

-Trash cans and trash disposal

-Electrical plug-ins available (must coordinate with Aimee by 4/15/23)

-Printed posters and marketing you can print/use on social media and in your community

-Advertising on Instagram, Facebook, and locally

-Designated entrance, parking area, parking signs, and location signs

-Event insurance

Vendor Responsibilities: 

-Be set up by 10:45 PM

-Remain at the event until close (please do not take your booth down early)

-Assist with advertising for the event via social media, email chains, word-of-mouth, printing and posting flyers

-Setup and clean up of your booth

-Awnings, pop-up tents, etc

-Tables
