SET UP: 3:30-5:00 PM

MARKET TIME: 5:00-8:00 PM

TEAR DOWN: 8:00-9:00 PM

PARKING:

This event is held downtown, and there is no dedicated vendor parking. Please give yourself plenty of time to find parking, unload, and be set up by 5:00 PM. Consider parking in the garage, the lot at the corner of Black and Mendenhall, or street parking that is not limited to 2 hours. Birdhouse Collective is not responsible for parking tickets received by vendors during the event.

LOAD-IN:

There is access to ERA Landmark from the alley. Artists may pull-in, drop their stuff, then move their car quickly before setting up.

BOOTH FEES:

6×4’: $20, due by 11/13

APPLICATION DEADLINE: 11/02/26

Acceptance emails will go out by 11/06/26

What sets Birdhouse Markets apart:

1. Birdhouse Markets are an official extension of the Downtown Bozeman Art Walk and Ladies Night, providing vendors the opportunity to connect with community members already invested in the arts.

2. Our market is hosted by artists, for artists. Our organizers know from vast experience what makes a market feel good for vendors and shoppers.

3. We are invested in launching new makers while also providing veterans an opportunity to grow their existing businesses.

4. We have a robust advertising strategy for promoting our markets, including partnering with the Downtown Bozeman Association, print and digital materials.

What we’re looking for:

1. Artists and makers who prioritize connecting with their community

2. Handmade and hand-designed arts that uphold a high standard of quality, craftsmanship, creativity, and individuality.

3. A strong sense of brand or artist identity.

4. Professional, clear, and unique booth displays.

5. A wide range of goods, crafts, and arts across our vendors.

Rules & Regulations:

1. Booth fees are non-refundable.

2. Splitting booths is not permitted.

3. All products sold in your booth must be your original design. AI art is not permitted.

4. Commercially produced, resold items, and Secondary Sales are not permitted at this market.

Insurance and Liability: All work is exhibited at the artist’s own risk. Birdhouse Collective is not responsible for exhibit damages, bodily harm, or theft. Artists can be held liable should they or any of their property cause damage to the space or neighboring exhibitors and neighboring space. Exhibitors must abide by, and displays must be in accordance with local fire and venue regulations. Tents must be weighed down.

Photography Release: Birdhouse Collective reserves the right to photograph and record video during the art market for marketing and advertising purposes. As a participating artist, you agree to the release of your photograph or likeness.
