PARKING:
This event is held in the Ghost Town Parking lot. You may pull into the lot, unload, then move your car before completing your setup. Parking is available across the street at Story Mill Park or along Bridger Center Drive.
BOOTH FEES:
10x10’ = $30 donation to Bozeman Youth Empowerment.
A donation link will be emailed to you if and when you’ve been accepted. Proof of donation is required by 5/20/26.
APPLICATION DEADLINE: 5/04/26
Acceptance emails will go out by 5/06/26

Our market is hosted by artists, for artists. Our organizers know from vast experience what makes a market feel good for vendors and shoppers.
We are invested in launching new makers while also providing veterans an opportunity to grow their existing businesses.
We have a robust advertising strategy for promoting our markets, including printed flyers, digital marketing, and professional photography at each market to promote our artists.
What we’re looking for:
Artists and makers who prioritize connecting with their community
Handmade and hand-designed arts that uphold a high standard of quality, craftsmanship, creativity, and individuality.
A strong sense of brand or artist identity.
Professional, clear, and unique booth displays.
A wide range of goods, crafts, and arts across our vendors.
Rules & Regulations:
Booth fees are non-refundable.
Splitting booths is not permitted.
Canopies are required for 10x10’ spaces and all tents must be weighted.
All products sold in your booth must be your original design. AI art is not permitted.
Commercially produced, resold items, and Secondary Sales are not permitted at this market.
Insurance and Liability: All work is exhibited at the artist’s own risk. Birdhouse Collective is not responsible for exhibit damages, bodily harm, or theft. Artists can be held liable should they or any of their property cause damage to the space or neighboring exhibitors and neighboring space. Exhibitors must abide by, and displays must be in accordance with local fire and venue regulations. Tents must be weighed down.
Photography Release: Birdhouse Collective reserves the right to photograph and record video during the art market for marketing and advertising purposes. As a participating artist, you agree to the release of your photograph or likeness.
